Exhibitors' Note:
1. Any damage to the halls caused by dismantling or changing the fixed facilities is not allowed. Any nailing or holing in the doors, windows, pillars or grounds of all halls is strictly forbidden. Anyone violating these regulations should undertake the liability of compensation.
2. No posting or hanging should be done onto the doors, windows and pillars of all halls. If it has to be done, the exhibitor must obtain the CECF's prior consent and pay the charges and deposits according to relevant rates of the CECF before posting or hanging. The exhibitor should clean up all posting and hanging at the end of the exhibition and ask the CECF to refund the deposit. The CECF is entitled to deduct all or parts of the deposit in case the exhibitor does not clean up the posting and hanging at the end of the exhibition. The posting without the CECF's prior consent will be cleaned up by the CECF during the exhibition period. All losses incurred thereto should be borne by the exhibitor.
3. Exhibits should not be put out of the confine of booths to block or occupy fire holes and escaping passageways. Any violations despising of the CECF's admonishments will be punished with confiscation of exhibits.
4. Promotion materials shall be distributed within the confine of the booths, or in other areas of the CECF halls only with the CECF's prior approval. Any violations despising of the CECF's admonishments will be punished with confiscation of promotion materials and fine of the exhibitors.
5.Adhesive tapes that are hard to be cleaned up should not be used in posting promotion materials on booth walls. Suitable tapes could be bought at the service stands inside the CECF halls.
6. During the exhibition period, all exhibitors are obliged to keep all booth facilities in good conditions. Any losses or damages of the booth facilities should be borne by the exhibitor and the exhibitor should compensate the CECF as below:
NB: Exhibitors must compensate for his damage to alumnus material that is used in booth decorations by rates of the CECF.
7. The exhibitors, who need to reconstruct their shell scheme booths or hire furniture, shall apply to the on-site office of the CECF. Self-reconstruction of the shell scheme booth is strictly prohibited. Non-staffers of the CECF are not allowed to do reconstruction of the shell scheme booths inside the CECF halls.
8. Exhibit Packages such as cartons, scraps, foams or boards that are flammable should be removed to outside the halls in time. Any packages, if necessary and approved by the CECF, could be stored in the specified place inside the halls. Unapproved storage is strictly prohibited and will be cleaned up by the CECF.
9. Exhibits concerning salacity, gambling or drugs are forbidden to be displayed inside the CECF halls, so are counterfeit, fake and poor quality exhibits or exhibits infringing copyright and other articles that are controlled and prohibited by Chinese police. Any exhibits against China laws currently in force will be confiscated. The losses and consequences incurred thereto shall be borne by the exhibitor.
