A.The Internet discount room rate includes service charge and city tax.
B.Credit card be reqired to secure the reservation during the canton fair.
C.Booking during Phase 1 cancellation of guaranteed reservations later than 5th Oct, booking during Phase 2 cancellation of guaranteed reservations later than 10th Oct will be subject to a penalty charge of one night's rate per room booked.
D.Changeof guaranteed reservations within 7 days of arrival date will be subject to a penalty charge of one night's rate per room booked.

Guarantee your reservation is required during canton fair period.

*Do not double book with more than 1 agent - this will lead to confusion at hotel. Hotel may ignore double booking and guest ended up paying counter rates. if you double book the same hotel, maybe you will charge two times for the rooms. *Book hotel using guest's passport names and check in using the same passport name. If hotel cannot locate guest's name in their computer system, you will be charged counter rates.

*This is important as most taxi drivers do not speak english. Be careful of unauthorised "agents" at the airport - these poachers would solicit passengers on pretext of cheaper accommodation for same hotel - .
