　  Booking Policy
A.Canton Trade Fair Periods: April 14-20 & 24-30, October 14-20 & 24-30. Rates during Autumn Canton Trade Fair to be advised.
B.Complimentary shuttle service to and from Trade C.Fair Centre on fixed schedule. (During April 15-20 & 25-30).
D.During Canton Trade Fair Period, all reservation should be guaranteed by valid credit card or in cash, otherwise it could not be held on arrival date.
E.All rates are per room per night with buffet breakfast, same for single, double or twin occupancy in each room.
F.No additional charge for children under 12 years old when sharing the same room with parents.
G.Check-out time: 12:00 noon.
H.All major credit cards are accepted.
I.Credit card is required to secure the reservation during the canton fair period. Any amendment or cancellation of guaranteed reservations within 14 days of arrival date, each room one night room rate will be charged as penalty.
J.Above rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Guarantee your reservation is required during canton fair period.

*Do not double book with more than 1 agent - this will lead to confusion at hotel. Hotel may ignore double booking and guest ended up paying counter rates. if you double book the same hotel, maybe you will charge two times for the rooms. *Book hotel using guest's passport names and check in using the same passport name. If hotel cannot locate guest's name in their computer system, you will be charged counter rates.

* Ask for address of hotel in chinese - this will be provided in our confirmation email to you but ask for it if we miss out.

*This is important as most taxi drivers do not speak english. Be careful of unauthorised "agents" at the airport - these poachers would solicit passengers on pretext of cheaper accommodation for same hotel - .
