　  Booking Policy
A.The Internet discount room rate is inclusive of service charge.
B.Credit card is required to secure the reservation during the canton fair period. Any amendment or cancellation of guaranteed reservations within 8 days of arrival date, each room one night room rate will be charged as penalty.
C.The room rates for canton fair include one or two breakfast.
D.The room rate may be subjected to change during peak seasons.
E.Breakfast charge: RMB50(US$6) per person. Exta-bed is RMB300(US$37).
F.Check and out 12 noon.
G.Non-guaranteed rooms will be held till 6pm.

Guarantee your reservation is required during canton fair period.

*Do not double book with more than 1 agent - this will lead to confusion at hotel. Hotel may ignore double booking and guest ended up paying counter rates. if you double book the same hotel, maybe you will charge two times for the rooms. *Book hotel using guest's passport names and check in using the same passport name. If hotel cannot locate guest's name in their computer system, you will be charged counter rates.

* Ask for address of hotel in chinese - this will be provided in our confirmation email to you but ask for it if we miss out.

*This is important as most taxi drivers do not speak english. Be careful of unauthorised "agents" at the airport - these poachers would solicit passengers on pretext of cheaper accommodation for same hotel - .
