D.The Extra bed is RMB100(US$12) per bed per night at usual time, Canton fair time RMB200 E.The hotel will only keep room till 18:00. If rooms are going to be full, late arrival after 18:00 must be guaranteed by credit card.
F.Credit card is required to secure the reservation during the canton fair period. Any amendment or cancellation of guaranteed reservations within 14 days of arrival date, each room one night room rate will be charged as penalty.

Hotel may ignore double booking and guest ended up paying counter rates. if you double book the same hotel, maybe you will charge two times for the rooms. *Book hotel using guest's passport names and check in using the same passport name. If hotel cannot locate guest's name in their computer system, you will be charged counter rates.
