Do you remember to specify the hotel name of your choice! If not your could go back, or we can recommend a hotel to you, just fill the form! or we can recommend a hotel to you.

How to reserve?

Step 1: find the hotel and submit your reservation result(You may also send your reservation inquiry to rsvn@vip.163.com directly). 
Step 2:guarantee your reservation bycredit card(fill the guarantte form), receive the email confirmation from us.after fill hotel reservation guarantee form email to us or fax:+86 20 62351058(For the special period of Canton Fair, First night or all the nights room charges are to be debited by T/T OR your credit card if you accept the reservation. It is not refundable if did not check-in on the reserved date)-- We will usually send you a confirmation by email in one/ two working days. or 1--8 hours;----click here download guarantee form
Step 3: The reservation is OK

Note:

 For the special period of Canton Fair, First night or all the nights room charges are to be debited by T/T OR your credit card if you accept the reservation. It is not refundable if did not check-in on the reserved date.

Please note: 

• Do not double book with more than 1 agent - this will lead to confusion at hotel. Hotel may ignore double booking and guest ended up paying counter rates. if you double book the same hotel, maybe you will charge two times for the rooms.

• Book hotel using guest's passport names and check in using the same passport name. If hotel cannot locate guest's name in their computer system, you will be charged counter rates. 

• Ask for address of hotel in chinese - this will be provided in our confirmation email to you but ask for it if we miss out. This is important as most taxi drivers do not speak english.

• Be careful of unauthorised "agents" at the airport - these poachers would solicit passengers on pretext of cheaper accommodation for same hotel - only to send guests to different hotel. Pls note prevalence of this practice during the Guangzhou Trade Fair period - you will be at their mercy - beware of poachers around airport and railway station. 

• One night penalty will be charged for no show.
